A specialist organisation in Mulgrave is seeking a hands-on HR Advisor to join their team immediately! This is a temp contract role, perfect for someone who thrives on variety, autonomy, and being the go to HR person on the floor.

Local experience is required.

What You’ll Do

• Be part of onboarding and inductions and manage employment contracts

• Coordinate safety meetings and maintain policies

• Provide practical HR support across the business

• Support the team in daily HR operations and ad-hoc tasks

About You

• Approachable, confident, and proactive

• Organised with strong attention to detail

• Enjoy working independently while collaborating with a friendly team

• Previous HR experience in contracts, policies, and onboarding is essential
